Irene Becker (management consultant)

Irene Becker (born February 16, 1956 in Münster in Westphalia ) is a German business graduate , management consultant , coach and book author.

Life

Irene Becker studied Romance languages ​​(French and Spanish) and economics at the Westphalian Wilhelms University . She completed her studies in business administration (BWL) in 1982 with a degree in business administration. She then did additional training in programming and systems analysis . She then completed several years of psychological training in Germany, Switzerland, England and the United States, including Hawaii.

From 1994 she worked as an independent management consultant in the field of consulting, personnel development, training and coaching with a focus on communication and personal development. The first book Better sloppy and happy than properly stressed. Ways out of the Perfectionism Trap was published by Campus-Verlag in 2004 . Other relevant books on personality development and lifestyle followed, which had multiple editions and were translated into Dutch, Lithuanian and Chinese.
