Life and work
At the age of 35, the native of Upper Palatinate followed a nocturnal inspiration and started her career as an author of erotic short stories. Aveleen Avide acquired the art of writing through a distance learning fiction course at the School of Writing .
In 2006, in collaboration with a co-author, she finally published her first volume with erotic short stories: “Seidene Küsse”. Shortly after it was published, this took first place on the Amazon.de erotic bestseller list and stayed there for over four months. Since then, the erotic author's works have regularly topped the Amazon.de erotic bestseller list.
The German Men's Health named her work “Velvet Nights” as a tip in the “What women really want” section.
As a blogger, Aveleen Avide regularly interviews other writers.
