Ireshani Rajasinghe (born May 29, 1994 in Colombo ) is a Sri Lankan hurdler who specializes in the 100 meter distance .

Athletic career

Ireshani Ranasinghe gained her first international experience at the South Asian Games 2016 in Guwahati , where she won the bronze medal in 14.37 seconds behind the two Indian women Gayathri Govindaraj and Sajitha KV . Three years later she won the bronze medal again at the South Asian Games in Kathmandu in 14.18 s, this time behind her compatriot Lakshika Sugandhi and Aparna Roy from India.

In 2015 and 2016, Rajasinghe became the Sri Lankan champion in the 100 meter hurdles.
