Irma Wulff

Irma Wulff (born August 25, 1928 in Schosdorf, today Ubocze , Lower Silesia ) is a German housewife and former member of the Hamburg Parliament for the SPD .

First years

Irma Wulff did an apprenticeship as a hairdresser. Journeyman years followed. After the war, she was with her family from Silesia reported and found from 1946 to 1949 in Hohenlimburg accommodation. In 1949 she moved to Hamburg, married and worked for a while. She had two children and began to get involved in parent representatives.

politics

In 1959 Irma Wulff joined the SPD. She held various party functions and was from 1970 to 1978 as a deputy in the District Assembly Hamburg-Eimsbüttel selected. For four years of that she acted as deputy group leader. She also volunteered as a geriatric nurse and since 1972 as a lay judge at the Hamburg juvenile court.

In June 1978 she moved to the Hamburg parliament as a member of parliament for an electoral term until 1982. In addition to the building committee, your commitment there was primarily aimed at the submission committee.

For family reasons, she did not run for the next term. Quote Irma Wulff: "The party showed little understanding, which disappointed me so much that I did not want to and could not show any further willingness to cooperate."
