Isabel Caetano (born December 28, 1979 in Leiria ) is a former Portuguese cyclist who is active on the road and track , in cross-country and mountain bike races. She has been the most successful and versatile female cyclist in her country since the mid-2000s.

Isabel Caetano started cycling at the age of 15 and competed in her first competitions the following year. In 2004 she won a national championship title for the first time, in road racing and mountain bike racing, where she won again in 2005. By 2011 she was a total of three times Portuguese road racing champion and six times in the individual time trial . Between 2011 and 2015 she was national champion in cyclo-cross races four times and in 2011 she also won two titles on the track.

In 2013 Caetano finished second in the revived inner-city race Subida à Glória in Lisbon .

From 2015 Isabel Caetano put her focus on cyclo-cross racing and became Portuguese champion in this discipline twice in a row.
