Isabella Anders-Rudes

Isabella Anders-Rudes (* 1968 in Frankfurt am Main ; formerly Isabella Rudes ) is a German legal scholar and professor of private business law , in particular Internet and online law, at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences .

Life

Isabella Anders-Rudes studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen , where she was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD. The doctoral thesis was published in 2001 under the title “ Copyrights to works of applied art in the European Community. The Gap in Community-wide Copyright Protection of Works of Applied Art ”. In 1998 Anders-Rudes already had the LL.M. from Northwestern University Law School in Chicago . Teaching assignments at the Frankfurt am Main University of Applied Sciences and the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, as well as attorney activities with Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw in Frankfurt am Main, was followed in 2006 by a professorship for private commercial law, in particular Internet and online law at the Frankfurt am Main University of Applied Sciences. Anders-Rudes is the head of the master's degree in business law "Negotiating and Designing Contracts". Since 2012 she has been a sub-project manager in the Frankfurt LOEWE focus on 'Extrajudicial and judicial conflict resolution'.
