Isidor Dannström
Johan Isidor Dannström (born December 14, 1812 in Stockholm , † October 17, 1897 ibid) was a Swedish opera singer (baritone), singing teacher and composer .
Life
Dannström studied in Berlin with Siegfried Dehn and in Paris with Manuel del Pópulo Vicente García . From 1842 to 1844 he worked as a singer at the Stockholm Opera, then as a singing teacher. In addition to a singing school ( Sångmetod , 1849), he wrote numerous popular songs and four operettas .
