The Isla Grande (from Spanish grande , tall ' ) is the larger of the two Guyou Islands in Flanders Bay on the Danco Coast of Graham lands north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located north of the Islote Chico .
Scientists from an Argentine Antarctic expedition carried out from 1952 to 1953 named it descriptively.
