The Island Lake (English for island lake ) is a lake on Cape Evans on the Antarctic Ross Island . It is located southeast of Skua Lake .
Participants of the British Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913), who had set up their base camp at Cape Evans, gave the lake its name.
