The Island Lake River is a 32 km long river in the north of the Canadian province of Manitoba .

The Island Lake River flows from Island Lake 20 km north to Goose Lake . It leaves this in a westerly direction and flows into Beaver Hill Lake . About one kilometer below Island Lake, the mean discharge is 87 m³ / s.
