The Islotes Catalán are a group of islets and cliffs in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . They are located 1.2 km southeast of Labbé Point just off the south shore of Discovery Bay on Greenwich Island .
Scientists of the 1st Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1946–1947) named it after Juan Catalán Barril, who was involved in the construction of the Arturo Prat station on this research trip.
