Issei Takayanagi ( Japanese 髙 柳 一 誠 Takayanagi Issei ; born September 14, 1986 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Takayanagi learned to play football in the youth team of Sanfrecce Hiroshima . He signed his first contract in 2004 with the Sanfrecce Hiroshima. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 2007 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In 2008 he became champions of the J2 League with the club and rose again to the J1 League. For the club he completed 110 league games. In 2012 he moved to league competitor Consadole Sapporo . In 2013 he moved to the second division club Vissel Kobe . In 2013 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League. For the club he completed eight league games.
