Istjørna ( Norwegian , Russian Озеро Талое Osero Taloje ; both for ice puddles ) is a small lake on the Princess Astrid Coast of Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . It is the westernmost of the lakes in the Schirmacher Oasis .
Russian scientists named him. Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute translated this name into Norwegian.
