Jozef Rybak
Józef Rybak ( lit.Josif Rybak ; born February 17, 1960 in Butrimonys , Eišiškės Rajon ) is a Lithuanian politician. He is the mayor of the Šalčininkai district municipality .
Life
After graduating from high school, in 1983 he graduated from the Vilniaus valstybinis pedagoginis institutas with a degree in Polish language and literature and became a teacher. In 2007 he completed his master's degree in law at the Mykolo Romerio universitetas . From 1993 to 1995 he was the commercial director of UAB "Gasčionys". From 1995 to 2003 he was the mayor and from 2003 to 2011 he was the deputy administrative director of the Šalčininkai district .
From 1989 he was a member of Lietuvos lenkų sąjunga , from 1995 of Lietuvos lenkų rinkimų akcija .
