Jewish cemetery (Józefów)

The Jewish cemetery in Józefów , a Polish city in the Lublin Voivodeship , was established in 1768. The Jewish cemetery near Ogrodowa Street has been a protected cultural monument since 1969 .
The cemetery was devastated by the German occupiers during World War II .
Around 380 tombstones are still preserved in the approximately one hectare cemetery . The last burial took place in 1943.
