Jewish cemetery (Grohnde)
The Jewish cemetery in the district Grohnde the municipality Emmerthal in Lower Saxony Hamelin-Pyrmont district is located in the town center adjacent to the property by the pond no. 3. There are five 2,001 salvaged grave stones that had temporarily served as a floor attachment in a barn, and two in 2005 found there, other tombstones, which have now disappeared, were placed on the neighboring house as stepping stones.
It is not known when the cemetery was established. The last funeral took place in 1910.
