Jewish cemetery (Moringen)
The Moringen Jewish Cemetery is a Jewish cemetery in the small town of Moringen in Lower Saxony in the Northeim district . It is a protected cultural monument .
There are 55 gravestones in the cemetery , which is located on Hagenberg : There are 16 upright steles , 37 horizontal slabs, an inscribed pult stone and a stone with three Russian names. The tombstones date from 1757 to 1910 (according to other information from 1756 to 1917), many of them from the period from 1800 to 1850. The number of graves is given as 84, some of which are without tombstone.
