Jewish cemetery (Straubing)

The Jewish cemetery in Straubing , a town in Lower Bavaria , was built in 1923 and was also occupied after 1945. ( 48 ° 52 ′ 48.8 ″  N , 12 ° 35 ′ 17.6 ″  E )

Since the Jewish cemetery was almost fully occupied, a new Jewish cemetery (Lerchenhaid cemetery) was set up in 2002. A total area of ​​12,000 m² is planned for him, on which 1000 graves can be dug. ( 48 ° 53 ′ 3.1 ″  N , 12 ° 31 ′ 33.9 ″  E )
