Juerg Randegger

Jürg Randegger (born March 21, 1935 ) is a Swiss cabaret artist and television presenter .

Randegger completed his training as a primary school teacher in Schlieren .

In 1954 he founded the Cabaret Äxgüsi together with Jörg Schneider . In 1965, Randegger joined Cabaret Rotstift , one of the most famous cabaret ensembles in Switzerland. By 1999 he was involved in a total of 11 programs, some of which were very successful.

From 1975 to 1999 he hosted the “ Samschtig-Jass ” program on Swiss television , and was then replaced by Monika Fasnacht . From 1984 to 1988 he also directed the program “ Donnschtig-Jass ”, which from 1988 was hosted by Urs Kliby . In total, he acted as a presenter on more than 400 Jass programs.

He is married and has two children.
