Jürgen Diekmann

Jürgen Diekmann (born July 13, 1944 ) is a former German soccer player .

The midfielder was active for Arminia Bielefeld and was part of the A youth team in 1961 , which became West German champions with a 2-1 win over Duisburg SpV . A year later he moved up to the squad of the first team, which he was part of until 1967. The Bielefeld played in the second-class II. Division West and from 1963 in the Regionalliga West . Diekmann came in the seasons 1965/66 and 1966/67 on three missions in which he did not score. Arminia took tenth or third place in these seasons. In 1966 Diekmann won the West German Cup with the Bielefeld team after a 3-2 victory over Alemannia Aachen . Diekmann left the Arminia in 1967 with an unknown destination.
