Jürgen Chancellor

Jürgen Kanzleiter (born March 16, 1949 ) is a former German soccer goalkeeper .

Career

Chancellor began his career in the youth of TV Aldingen before moving to SpVgg 07 Ludwigsburg in the late 1960s . In the 1970/71 season, the game association was runner-up in the amateur league North Württemberg and achieved promotion to the then second -rate regional football league through the promotion round . Among the coaches Kurt Baluses and Gunther Baumann , however, the former long-time goalkeeper of FK Pirmasens, Peter Jann , was number one. Chancellor only played seven regional league games for Ludwigsburg alongside teammates Dieter Schurr and Dieter Dollmann . He switched to the Stuttgarter Kickers for the 1972/73 season . Here he played in the 2nd Bundesliga South until 1978 . At the Kickers, Rolf Gerstenlauer was the goalkeeper. In the last two rounds of the old second-rate regional league, he made 29 appearances. From 1974 to 1978 he was used by the coaches Fritz Millinger and Rudi Kröner in 23 games in the second division. For the 1978/79 season, the Chancellor of SGV Freiberg joined.
