Jürgen Kegelmann

Jürgen Kegelmann (* 1965 ) is a professor in the field of administrative management at the University of Public Administration in Kehl. He researches, teaches and advises, especially in the areas of governance, change management, citizen participation, digitization and innovation. After graduating from high school, Kegelmann studied administrative sciences at the University of Konstanz , where he received his doctorate in 2006. After activities and a. In 2009 he was appointed professor at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences for the administrative reform department of the Friedrichshafen city administration and the finance department of the Christoffel-Blindenmission .

In 2011, Kegelmann took over the management of the Institute for Applied Research at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences, which was newly established in the same year.
