Jürgen Lange (born January 8, 1967 ) is a former German professional footballer.

career

Long played in his youth at TSB Flensburg , together with Bodo Schmidt . There he could, among other things, become regional champion of Schleswig-Holstein and take part in the German A youth championship. His professional career began in 1988 when Borussia Mönchengladbach signed him. In 1990 Lange went to Belgium to VV St. Truiden for a year , but returned to Germany straight away and played for 1. FC Saarbrücken for three years . His last season in paid football was in 1994/95 for FC 08 Homburg . Lange played 49 first division and 57 second division games.
