Jürgen Lehmann (lawyer)

Jürgen Lehmann (born February 5, 1957 ) is a German lawyer , former state commissioner and lecturer at the Bavarian civil service college . He is currently President and Professor of Business Law at Hof University .

Life

Lehmann studied law at the University of Erlangen . He then worked for the government of Middle Franconia in Ansbach and the district office in Roth . As a full-time university professor, he taught v. a. Civil law at the Bavarian Civil Service College in Hof. He has been President of the Hof University of Applied Sciences since 2002, and was confirmed in this position for the third time in 2014 and is scheduled to hold it until 2021. He is married and has three children.

Lehmann published publications on civil and legal problems in public administration.
