Jürgen Völtz

Jürgen Völtz (born October 2, 1943 ) is a German lawyer and specialist lawyer for traffic law .

Career

Völtz studied law at the University of Göttingen . After his preparatory service in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Celle and the second state examination, he was admitted to the bar in 1975. He is based in Munich in a law firm with two other colleagues.

From 1986 to 1990 and 1998 to 2014 he was a member of the board of the Munich Bar Association. He is the sole editor of the standard work on property damage law for motor vehicles .
