The JCT Mills Football Club is a football club from the Indian state of Punjab .

The club plays in the first Indian league, the I-League . The club celebrated its last championship in the 1996-1997 season. In addition to winning the championship, JCT Mills has also won the Indian Durand Cup several times . The full name of the club, founded in 1971, is "Jagatjit Cotton and Textile Mills Football Club". The club hosts its home games at Guru Gobind Singh Stadium in Ludhiana . After a 3rd place in the 2007/08 season, the club ended the 2008/09 season only in a 9th place with three points behind a relegation place.
