Jacek Chmielnik
Jacek Chmielnik (born January 31, 1953 in Łódź , † August 22, 2007 in Suchawa , Powiat Włodawski ) was a Polish actor, music theater director and playwright.
Life
Jacek Chmielnik studied acting at the Łódź Film School and graduated in 1975. In the same year he made his debut at the Ateneum Theater in Warsaw . He then played in numerous Polish theaters. From 1997 he staged operas , operettas and musicals . His comedy Romanca has been performed in several Polish theaters, as well as in the USA. He achieved great popularity with his leading roles in the films Vabank and King Size , directed by Juliusz Machulski in the 1980s. Jacek Chmielnik died after an electrical accident in the basement of his summer house in Suchawa.
