Jack Dupon is a French avant-prog band that was formed in 2004.

Band history

The debut album was recorded independently in 2006, with the material Jack Dupon won the 2007 BilboRock band competition in Bilbao . Then the record label Musea became aware of the band and signed them. To promote the second album, Jack Dupon toured France and played at several festivals. In the following years two more studio albums and one live album were released. The band has also performed in the United States and much of Europe, as well as performing at Rock in Opposition 2011 and Zappanale 2012.

style

Jack Dupon see their experimental style in the tradition of the rock-in-opposition movement and move between Progressive Rock , Zeuhl , Punk and Noise .
