Juan Ponce Enrile Junior

Juan Castañer Ponce Enrile junior (born July 16, 1958 ), also Jack Enrile , is a Filipino politician . He was a member of Congress for the constituency of Cagayan District 1 from 1998 to 2007 and 2010 to 2013. In 2013, he ran unsuccessfully for the Philippine Senate.

Life

Jack Enrile first attended the Preparatory School and High School in Manila. He received a BA in English Literature from Christian Heritage College, El Cajon, California in 1993 . He then studied at Pepperdine University in Malibu and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1995.

family

Enrile Jr. is married to Sally Ponce Enrile and the couple have two children. He has two other daughters from a previous marriage. His father is Juan Ponce Enrile , who was Defense Minister under President Ferdinand Marcos . His mother, Cristina Castañer, was the Filipino ambassador to the Holy See .
