Jack Griffin is a retired American racing car driver .
Career in motorsport
Jack Griffin entered sports car races in the IMSA GTP series with moderate success in the 1980s . The American came to Europe twice and paid to take part in the Le Mans 24-hour race . In 1984 and 1985 he drove for Christian Bussi in Le Mans; both times it failed prematurely due to technical defects.
His best place in the IMSA GTP series was 21st overall in the 1985 Sebring 12-hour race .
