Jack Lawrence
Jack Lawrence is an American electric bass player who has devoted himself to alternative and indie rock. He works as a bass player in the bands The Dead Weather , The Raconteurs and The Greenhornes .
With his first band The Greenhornes he managed to enter the world of the music business. Through his career as a bass player there, he got to know Jack White , the guitarist and singer of the White Stripes , who together with him founded the alternative rock band The Raconteurs.
Together with Jack White, he started another band in 2009 called The Dead Weather . In addition to Jack White and Jack Lawrence, there were also Alison Mosshart ( The Kills ) and Dean Fertita from Queens of the Stone Age . With The Dead Weather and the Raconteurs Jack Lawrence tours to this day in different countries.
Lawrence is also the studio and live bassist for the band City and Color, led by frontman Dallas Green.
