The Jackass Creek is a short river in the US state of Arizona , which in Marble Canyon said part of the Grand Canyon National Park in Colorado River flows. It rises in the Navajo Indian Reservation between US Highway US-89 and its side route US-89A , the last part of its course is a narrow slot canyon dug into the sandstone of the Colorado Plateau . The canyon is a tourist attraction for nature photographers. It only carries irregularly water, during and after rainfall it can briefly develop into a torrential river.
