Jacques Immer (born May 2, 1870 in Metzeral , Canton of Münster, † after 1918) was a liberal German politician and a member of the second chamber of the Landtag of the realm of Alsace-Lorraine .

Jacques Immer, who was of the Protestant denomination, was a manufacturer and mayor of his home town. He was a member of the democratic association of the Colmar district, which rose on October 11, 1903 in the Liberal State Party as an amalgamation of various liberal parties and groups.

He ran for the Liberal Democrats in the state elections in 1911 in the constituency Colmar-Münster-Winzenheim for the state parliament of the realm of Alsace-Lorraine . In the first ballot, 6,668 of the 8,010 eligible voters cast 6,668 votes. The winner of the first ballot was Jacques Peirotes (SPD), who received 2,320 votes. The candidate of the Lothringen bloc Blumenthal came second, ahead of Immer with 2088 votes.

In the second ballot, Peirotes did not run because he had already been elected in the Strasbourg VI constituency. Now Immer prevailed with 4,077 votes against Blumenthal, who had received 2,794.
