Jahn Ivar "Mini" Jakobsen (born November 8, 1965 in Gravdal , Norway ) is a former Norwegian football player . He played with FK Bodo-Glimt , Rosenborg and the Bernese Young Boys , among others . In his day he was considered one of the most talented strikers in Norwegian history and played 65 times for the Norwegian national team .

Career

In his youth he played for the clubs IK Junkeren and Grand Bodø IK . In 1984 he moved to FK Bodo / Glimt. He played there for four years. He then moved to Rosenborg Trondheim and became Norwegian champions with them in their first season. In 1990 Jakobsen moved to the Bernese Young Boys. After the stations in Germany and Belgium, he went back to Trondheim and ended his career in 1999, after he became champion and cup winner with them again.

After the end of his active career, he played beach soccer from 2002 until today . In June 2008 he also trained as a trainer and holds the Norwegian Trainer 3 license.
