The yearbook of the Düren district is an annual home yearbook for the Düren district .
The current yearbook of the Düren district first appeared in 1962 and was then called the Heimatjahrbuch (year) - Düren district . In 1975 the title was changed to the year book of the Düren district (year) .
This yearbook publishes scientific treatises on culture, economy and history by local as well as regional authors. One of the authors is e.g. B. Karl Heinz Türk . Furthermore, each of the 15 municipalities belonging to the district has the opportunity to report separately in articles from their area under the heading “From cities and municipalities”. In addition, the Düren district itself reports on events in another section, e.g. B. Awards of the Cross of Merit or through institutions of the Düren district. A selection of literature is also available, i. H. reference is made to regional new publications.
Each book has about 200 pages and is sold through bookshops. It also contains numerous illustrations and is published in the format 165 × 225 mm, cardboard.
