Yearbook for Eastern Law

The Yearbook for Eastern Law (JOR) is a legal journal devoted to legal developments in the states of Central and Eastern Europe including the successor states of the Soviet Union .

The aim is a scholarly examination of the questions of law in these countries. The focus is on civil and commercial law, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law and procedural law.

Two half-volumes appear per year. The individual contributions are mainly written in German, but the editorial team also accepts English and French texts. The publisher is the Institute for Eastern Law in Regensburg. Herbert Küpper heads the editorial team .
