Herbert Küpper

Herbert Küpper (* 1964 ) is a German lawyer .

Life

He studied law in Cologne and London and completed his legal traineeship in Cologne and Budapest . After receiving his doctorate in 1997 as Dr. jur. from 1997 to 2003 he was a research assistant at the Institute for Eastern Law at the University of Cologne . After completing his habilitation in 2002 for the subjects of constitutional and administrative law, international law and Eastern law, he has been a research assistant for Hungarian law since 2003 and director of the Institute for Eastern Law (IOR) since 2004 . He is a lecturer at the LMU Munich and the University of Vienna , guest lecturer at the doctoral schools of the Universities of Pécs and Szeged and since 2007 honorary professor at the Andrássy University in Budapest . He is a member and a. the DGO , the SOG , the Association of German Constitutional Law Teachers and the Societas Iuris Publici Europaei.
