Jaime Dávalos

Jaime Dávalos (born January 29, 1921 in Salta , † December 3, 1981 in Buenos Aires ) was an Argentine musician and writer.

Dávalos was the son of the writer Juan Carlos Dávalos and his wife Celecia Elena. He himself had seven children from two marriages, who later took up all artistic professions. His daughter Julia Elena wrote the first biography about her father.

Jaime Dávalos died eight weeks before his 61st birthday on December 3, 1981 in Buenos Aires, where he found his final resting place.
