Jakob Schmitt (politician, 1882)

Jakob Schmitt (born July 13, 1882 in Limburg an der Lahn , † 1954 ) was a German farmer and politician ( CNBL ).

Life

Schmitt worked as a farmer in Limburg an der Lahn.

Schmitt was the Center Party's shop steward until 1928 . In May 1928 he was elected for the Christian National Peasant and Rural People's Party (CNBL) as a member of the Prussian state parliament, of which he was a member of the German parliamentary group until 1932 . In parliament he represented constituency 19 (Hessen-Nassau).
