Jakob Stoeckl

Jakob Stöckl (* 1946 ) is a German manager .

Life

Jakob Stöckl studied agricultural engineering with a focus on dairy farming in Weihenstephan at the Technical University of Munich . In 1973 he worked for the institute for business administration at what was then the South German Research and Laboratory for Dairy Farming in Weihenstephan. In 1991 he became assistant to the management of Bayerische Milchindustrie eG (BMI) in Landshut; its chairman from 1994 to the beginning of 2010.

Act

Stöckl is committed to the agriculture and food industry in Germany and Europe. In 1995 he became a member of the board of the MIV dairy industry association. He has been on the Executive Committee of the German Raiffeisen Association (DRV) since 1996. Since 2001 he has been chairman of the board of trustees of the friends and supporters of Weihenstephans .

Jakob Stöckl has been a member of the Catholic student association KDSt.V. Agilolfia in the CV .

Stöckl was a member of the cooperative advisory board of BayWa AG until October 5, 2009 .

Jakob Stöckl is involved in an initiative in Essenbach that wants to prevent the establishment of a peasant fattening operation (only around 100 pigs kept open with litter and manure instead of liquid manure).
