Jakub Klášterka

Jakub Klášterka (born April 28, 1994 in Plzeň ) is a Czech racing car driver .

Career

Klášterka began his motorsport career in karting . In 2009 he made his first experience in formula racing . He finished eleventh in the Formul'Academy Euro Series , where he scored two podiums. He also took part in two races of the Northern European Formula Renault . Klášterka also drove in the Skoda formula.

In 2012 Klášterka received a cockpit in the GP3 series at Jenzer Motorsport . He did not take part in any tests before the season and was only signed by the team shortly before the start of the season. Klášterka took part in two events and was 31st in the drivers' championship.
