Jamie Bissmire

Jamie Bissmire is a British DJ, producer and label owner in the field of electronic dance music.

Bissmire grew up in the 1980s in London's district of Hornsey on. He is the founder and owner of the two labels Ground and 50HZ , on which several productions by artists such as Umek , Ade Fenton , Ben Long and Chris McCormack have appeared, and he was involved in music projects such as Thunderground and is a member of the techno band Bandulu and DJ duo Space DJz.

Bandulu and SpaceDJz have already been represented at various events at home and abroad and in clubs such as Omen and U60311 . Many productions were also played in the Hr3 Clubnight by DJs such as Sven Väth .

Space DJz

Bissmire also became known through his collaboration with Benjamin John Long , with whom he made several productions under the name Space DJz .

Ben and Jamie have been playing together as a DJ duo since the early 1990s. It is noteworthy that four turntables and two mixers (sometimes equipped with additional effects devices such as Alesis Air-FX and samplers) are often used here.

In the mid-1990s, the successful tracks Side-on and Rock the House were originally created on Infonet, and 10,000 copies were re-released on the Ongaku Musik label . In 1999 the critically acclaimed album On Patrol was released . In the same year the successful production AK 47 appeared , which was remixed by all the artists (for example oliver Ho and The Advent ).
