James William "Jamie" Hanson (born November 10, 1995 in Burton-upon-Trent ) is an English football player who has been under contract with Oxford United since 2018 .

Career

Derby County

Jamie Hanson, who comes from his own youth academy, made his debut on March 14, 2015 for the English second division club Derby County . In the 1-1 draw at Norwich City , he also scored his first goal for the team from Derby in the 66th minute .

English national youth team

On March 19, 2015, Hanson was appointed to the squad of the England U-20 national team for the first time . He played his first game for the youth team on March 25, 2015 in a 1-1 draw against Mexico's U-20 national team .
