Jan-Malte Niemann

Jan-Malte Niemann (born September 21, 1975 in Hanover ) is a German lawyer . He is a judge at the Federal Labor Court .

After studying law Niemann was during the subsequent legal training from the University of Muenster in 2005 with that of Peter Stoke supervised labor work "work Contractual wage mixed: Quote averaging control in accordance with § 307 BGB" Dr. iur. PhD. In 2006 he passed his second state examination in Düsseldorf. In October 2006 he joined the judicial service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia as a labor judge and was subsequently employed at various labor courts and at the Hamm regional labor court . From 2009 to 2011 he was seconded to the Federal Labor Court as a research assistant . In July 2014 he himself was appointed judge at the Federal Labor Court and assigned to the Second Senate, which is primarily responsible for the right of termination .
