Jan Becker

Jan Becker (born August 31, 1975 in Neunkirchen (Saar) ) is a German hypnotist , mentalist and author .

Life

Jan Becker grew up in Neunkirchen . At the age of twelve he received an antiquarian copy of Mind Reading from the Austrian mentalist Erik Jan Hanussen . After graduating from high school, he trained as a hypnosis trainer.

In 2009 Becker took part in the second season of the TV program The next Uri Geller - Incredible Phenomena Live on ProSieben . In the final on March 3, 2009 he was able to prevail against Manuel Horeth and Ully Loup and finally became the winner of the show. On March 9, 2009 Becker appeared before the Bundesliga home game of the relegation-threatened Borussia Mönchengladbach against Hamburger SV, which was playing for the championship, and predicted a win for the home team, which also came 4-1.

In June 2016, the TV show Show me in the eyes - celebrities under hypnosis with Becker as hypnotist, moderated by Oliver Geissen , was broadcast on RTL . As an author, Becker published a total of six books from 2011 to 2017, all of which were included in the SPIEGEL bestseller lists .

Jan Becker lives in Berlin today.
