Jan Blažek (born March 20, 1988 in Trutnov ) is a Czech football player . The striker is currently under contract with Slovan Liberec and is on loan to AE Larisa .

Career

Blažek started playing football at Baník Žacléř. In 1998 the attacker was committed by FK Trutnov, after only one season he moved on to SK Hradec Králové . He stayed there for only a year and then returned to Trutnov . In mid-2002 Blažek moved to the youth department of Slovan Liberec.

On September 18, 2005, the then 17-year-old striker made his debut in the first team. He scored his first goal on April 29, 2006 in a 1-1 draw against FK Siad Most . In January 2008, the U-21 international was loaned to Slavia Prague , in the summer he returned to Liberec .
