Jan Bondeson

Jan Bondeson (born December 17, 1962 ) is a Swedish doctor and writer.

Jan Bondeson studied at Lund University and then started teaching at Malmö University Hospital . He specialized in rheumatology . He conducted research in this area in the 1990s at Lund University in a project led by Roger Sundler. In 1996, Bondeson obtained his doctorate on the results of this project and took up a position at the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology and Charing Cross Hospital in London . Since 2001 he has been teaching at Cardiff University .

In addition to numerous articles, Jan Bondeson also wrote books on medical-historical topics, mostly taking up cases that would have accommodated the sensationalism of sideshow visitors.
