Jan Hulsker
Jan Hulsker (born October 2, 1907 in The Hague , † November 2, 2002 in Vancouver ) was a Dutch art historian .
Hulsker studied Dutch literature in Leiden. In the 1950s he was heavily involved in the establishment of the Van Gogh Museum and researched the correspondence between the Van Goghs. In the 1980s, Hulsker emigrated to Canada.
Hulsker's cataloging of Vincent van Gogh's paintings is a standard work in art history. His list is marked with the abbreviation "JH" in image descriptions.
