Jan Overhausen

Jan Overhausen (born October 13, 1990 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German comedian and author .

Life

Overhausen studied at the Technical University of Munich . He worked for several years as an editor and author, including in the sports sector for Sky Germany . In 2018 Overhausen moved to Berlin and started playing on open stages as a newcomer. First successes soon followed, such as the annual finale of the talent factory of the Quatsch Comedy Club or in the same year participation in the finals of the NightWash TalentAwards . In 2019, Overhausen also won the SWR3 radio station's sponsorship award at the SWR3 Comedy Festival in Bad Dürkheim .

In 2019 he discovered the newcomer comedian Carl Josef , whose success Overhausen played a key role.

In 2020 Overhausen founded his own agency together with moderator Marvin Endres , which among others looks after Carl Josef.
