Jane Haist

Jane Haist (born March 16, 1949 in St. Catharines ) is a former Canadian discus thrower and shot putter .

At the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch in 1974, she won the discus throw and the shot put.

In 1975 she won bronze in the discus throw at the Pan American Games in Mexico City . At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, she was eleventh in the same discipline.

In 1974 she became Canadian and English champion in shot put and discus, and in 1977 US champion in discus.
